Tesla Cybertruck Review from Marques Brownlee : Everything you need to know!

So recently Marques Brownlee has released a review of 40 minutes of the Tesla Cybertruck. In his video he shared his experience with the Cybertruck after driving it, although it was for one day ;) but, we've that much trust on his video even if it's for one day! He addresses it as a 'Giant Stainless steel triangle!

Tesla's Cybertruck was revealed four years ago but it was still in test and prototype. Recently Tesla also released other videos of the Cybertruck one of them was Bulletproof test, although it was not built bulletproof. The explanation of that video info will be coming soon to see it stick with this blog. Back to the video..

Door : [4 door, 2 each side]

No Door handle, opens by the push of a button, 90 degree door opening, Emergency door opening from inside.

Interior:

Only curve steering wheel in the vehicle, Front glass all the way towards your head, Removable Sunshade protector with magnetic connector, Good amount of door storage from all the way back to top. At your right side of driver seat two wireless chargers, two cup holders, a big old armrest in the middle. Little storage under the armrest, under the armrest 120 volt outlet, and a single 65 watt USB-C port. Plain front under the windshield, touch LED light with adjustable RGB color, interior facing cabin camera. Eighteen and half inch touch screen at the front biggest ever in Tesla. From the steering wheel where you can control blinker, headlights, giant windshield wiper, voice controls, wheels up and down, volume of media and autopilot controls. In back seat really good rear leg room, seatback storage. Backseats can be pulled all the way up to have some extra storage. Nine and half inch screen in the back for the passengers where you can also move the passenger seat and heat them.

Steering :

It's steer by wire system, first time Tesla has done. Changeable Steering weigh. It's always the same ratio all the time. There is rear axle steering which is very much active and helpful, Total turn is less than 180 degrees. Allows you to turn way tighter.

Front Touch Screen Cyber UI controls: [ Real time controls]

Starts with the huge Cybertruck  in the middle for all your vehicle controls. There's little hovering dots so if you want to open the Tailgate or open the Tonneau cover you can do that with any of these hovering buttons. Open the charge port flap. All of the rest of looks about the car you can adjust in real time from the screen. To adjust the ride height you can also go low, medium or high and it's super fast. You can go all the way up to 17 inches of clearances in off rode mode. Media, navigation, fasten seat belt, close door alerts can be seen in the screen. Range indicator which if tapped shows battery percentage. You can split your screen between navigation and vehicle controls. Heat, cooling front seat, headlights an all the other features are controllable from the front screen.

Specialities :

Motorize front cover, Removable side view mirror, Removable Aero cap in tires( 2 separate pieces attached together).  Panel gaps are small.  Sub Trunk, In trunk bed side[ two 120 volts, one 240 volts with nine KW out, you can charge other Electric vehicles or other electric device]. The powered tonneau cover supports up to 300 pounds tested on the video. Huge tinted roof over the head all the way back to the passenger seat and a ton of speakers.  Backseat can be pulled all the way up to have some extra storage. Nine and half inch screen in the back from where you can also move the passenger seat and heat them, watch movie, direct airflow.  12 inches of suspension travel between the lowest and highest mode of the adjustable ride height. You can go all the way up to 17 inches of clearances in off rode mode.  All moves from the front driver screen is real time.  Glove box drawer.  It's also 800 volt architecture that basically means it's able to charge faster at V4 superchargers. Extended battery option!

Odds:

No Tesla Branding(except only on the key), World Largest single windshield wiper, Sharp stainless steel corner at front, No spare wheels in the back trunk bed, Finger print sensitive body, Touch hazard button up above your head.

Driving Experience:

It doesn't really feel like a real vehicle but it definitely is! First impression feels like Tesla, instant throttle response. Pretty good visibility everywhere. Different ratio of short nose can't be seen properly from driver seat. It's pretty quiet, laminating windows seals out all the noise they also shatterproof. Getting use to the steering is really gonna be the number one thing for people. Spacious cabin, spacious backseat but smaller front nose. Vast distance between driver and windshield. Good suspension. Huge amount of glass. Need to look over right for the screen cause it is not directly in front of the driver . For rear view, look down on the screen when the tonneau cover is closed. Much horsepower in the highway makes a lot of sense. Little more road noise at the highway at highspeed. It has steering feel.

Marques Brownlee's personal opinion:

" It actually looks great, I'm not gonna say it's micron levels of precision, panel gaps are small, pretty even looks really good, But, I don't know that I can promise that for every truck. This is a truck that you're probably not gonna care much about looking exactly perfect panel gap wise. And then you're sort of in the cabin [Inside driver seat]. I do like this material better [front space top under the front glass] but it's not the best built in the world (it's some plain area) you can loose something, if you put like a marble or pizza box or something it could slide forward backward (cause it's a plain surface) there's a huge space there. Visibility over the nose of the car is not great. But there's other cool things like upside touch LED light with adjustable RGB color light inside the interior, (prototype) interior facing cabin camera. Cannot see out of the back from the mirror if tonneau cover is closed but there's a camera option for the rear view mirror which you've to see in the screen I think that's actually fine. In back seat really good rear leg room, middle not the best leg room ever but still a totally great. Screen in the back to move backseats, heat them, watch movie, direct airflow which is cool. Steering wheel buttons are haptic like actual buttons so, that's awesome. Real horn button that's really I appreciate. They've done great with the software in this all new Cyber UI. Pretty awesome 12 inches of suspension travel between the lowest and highest mode. The ride height is pretty sick. Real time controls that's sweet. The steering is the craziest thing about the Cybertruck. Worlds largest windshield wiper is hilarious, it looks ridiculous. Steering response at the highway at highspeed craziest thing to say. People think it's ugly (out look) and that's fine. It's more expensive than I thought. But I think generally as this is my second impression ever and first time ever driving the thing, I think they(probably Tesla) really got themselves something solid here. We gonna have to see about fit and finish (as it's near final), a lot of wait and see, but I'm impressed with this. I'm impressed! "
